Privacy Policy
This notice describes the processing of personal data carried out through the TRE C website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Italian law.

Browsing data
The systems used to operate the website process technical data normally transmitted when using the Internet, including IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, response status, browser/device information and technical data required for security and service delivery. These data are processed to operate and secure the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.
Google Analytics and traffic measurement
With the user’s consent, TRE C uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand how the website is used. Information may include viewed pages, browsing events, duration and sequence of visits, source/medium, referring website when available, campaign parameters, approximate geographic area derived from the IP address, browser/device characteristics and other measurement data made available by Google Analytics. TRE C uses this information to analyse interest in products and content, assess commercial activities and improve the website. Google Analytics is loaded only after consent to the Analytics category.
Legal basis
Data necessary to operate and secure the website are processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website and, where relevant, to take steps requested by the user. Google Analytics and other non-essential tracking tools are based on consent, which may be refused or withdrawn at any time through the “Manage cookies” command in the footer.
Contact forms and communications
When a user submits an enquiry, TRE C processes name, contact details, company, the content of the message and any other information voluntarily provided. The data are used to answer the enquiry, prepare technical or commercial information, manage pre-contractual steps and retain the related correspondence. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and, for subsequent relationship management, the Controller’s legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by authorised TRE C personnel and suppliers providing hosting, email, maintenance, security, backup and traffic-measurement services, within the limits necessary for their activities. For Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, the relevant provider is Google Ireland Limited and Google group companies involved in providing the service. Processors acting on behalf of TRE C are bound, where required, by agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on a mechanism provided for under Chapter V GDPR, including adequacy decisions such as, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate supplementary measures.
Retention
Contact-form data are retained for the time needed to manage the request and, where the communication results in a commercial relationship, for the period required to manage that relationship and comply with administrative and legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to service and security needs. For Google Analytics, TRE C adopts a retention period of no more than 14 months for user- and event-level data where configurable, while aggregated reports may remain available according to the service’s operation.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Third-party and confidential information
Anyone providing personal data relating to third parties must be entitled to disclose them. Users should not include particularly sensitive or confidential information in the contact form unless strictly necessary for the enquiry.
Changes to this notice
TRE C may update this notice to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The version published on the website shows the date of the latest update.
