Metal ceilings
Panels, planks, structures and accessories for modular accessible systems used in buildings, healthcare, public spaces and marine applications.
COMPANY
Design, engineering and manufacturing: 100% in Italy.

TRE C
TRE C develops metal ceiling systems, insulated panels and special technical components. The project is the starting point: dimensions, materials, finishes, perforations, performance and installation constraints are turned into a manufacturable, documented and repeatable configuration.
Production combines automation with flexibility. This makes it possible to manage both recurring products and batches with different dimensions, configurations and quantities, typical of technical architecture and marine projects.
CAPABILITIES
Panels, planks, structures and accessories for modular accessible systems used in buildings, healthcare, public spaces and marine applications.
Sandwich panels with polyurethane, mineral wool and other insulation materials for air treatment, refrigeration, plant engineering and technical applications.
Trays, project-specific panels, cut-outs, perforations, gaskets and components developed around construction requirements.
ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING
Dimensions, materials, performance, finishes, integrations and documentation are checked before industrialisation.
Drawings and configurations are converted into manufacturable elements consistent with machinery, materials and final installation.
Sheet-metal requirements are linked to each job and product configuration, maintaining visibility of material availability.
Automated punching, cutting and bending produce panels, planks and components through repeatable processes.
Where required, the cycle includes high-pressure polyurethane foaming, robotic gasketing and complementary operations.
Quantities, progress and packages remain identified through packing and the documentation required for supply.
DIGITAL PRODUCTION
A digital production-management system is built around the real factory workflow. Its purpose is practical: know what must be produced, where it is in the process and what is still required to complete the job.
Quantities move through production stages while job, position and processing status remain distinct.
Production steps are recorded to provide a concrete view of progress and remaining operations.
Sheet metal, configurations and material requirements are linked to jobs to make availability and production needs visible.
Reusable baskets and packages can be identified to maintain the link between physical material and its job during handling.
Scrap or rework can reopen required quantities in a controlled way, keeping production data aligned with the factory.
Identification continues to the finished package, with labelling and technical or conformity documentation where applicable.
MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY
Integrated punching, shearing and bending reduce intermediate handling while retaining flexibility across configurations.
Dedicated capability for large panels with high process repeatability.
A dedicated perforation line processes sheet metal used for panels and components.
A dedicated roll-forming line manufactures structural profiles used in TRE C systems.
Presses for stamping standard panels and components are integrated into the production cycle.
Insulated-panel manufacturing for HVAC, refrigeration, plant engineering and other technical applications.
Continuous gasket application directly onto the component, with no joints and a repeatable process.
WHAT IT MEANS FOR THE PROJECT
Dimensions, materials, edges, perforations, finishes, accessories and provisions can be configured around the project.
Project-based production manages different quantities and configurations without turning every variant into a purely manual exception.
Technical development and production work toward the same result: converting the specification into a manufacturable and installable component.
Materials, stages, containers and packages are managed to keep the route of each job readable.
APPLICATIONS
Ceilings and components for newbuild and refit cruise ships, ferries and other marine interiors.
Accessible metal systems for hospitals, laboratories and technical environments with specific requirements.
Stations, airports, offices, retail and other high-traffic spaces.
Insulated panels, trays, enclosures and special components for plant engineering and refrigeration.
A drawing, technical specification or installation requirement can be the starting point for defining the solution together.
